Individual parts

Support in the planning and production of individual parts and prototypes. Also with subsequent processing – for their flexibility and precision.

Series

Production of small and medium series with modern CNC machines with the highest precision and efficiency. Fine finishing is carried out by deburring, grinding and surface treatment. We also offer to take over all logistics services – for your relief and efficiency.

Assemblies

Everything from a single source: the manufacture of products, the procurement of purchased parts, the assembly of subassemblies, as well as warehousing and on-time delivery – to reduce your complexity and increase flexibility.

Procedure
Milling

We offer complete CNC milling production with 3-5 axes for all common materials. We use travels of up to 3,000 mm on modern machines and with high automation – for quality and maximum precision.

Turning

We use the latest single and double-spindle CNC lathes to machine demanding materials – for quality and maximum precision.

Labeling

High-quality engraving and laser marking of individual and series parts – for your unmistakable lettering and marking.

Product development

From the idea to the finished product, we help you as a partner in the planning, implementation, further development and optimization of complex components and assemblies – for your best results.
